There’s a magical little restaurant in Paris’s 11th arrondissement, Chez Paul. It’s small and intimate, serving fantastic traditional cooking. I’ll have the duck confit or the rack of lamb, with some red wine – things I would never eat when I’m in LA, but in Paris those are the flavours I crave.
