This is elaborate for me now. In the evening before bed, I’ll clean off my makeup with Neutrogena eye makeup remover (non-oil) then clean with Clarisonic and a gentle cleanser.

But I supplement the whole regimen with LightStim. I do this regularly and it makes a real difference.
