An epic love story centered around an older man who reads aloud to a woman with Alzheimer's. From a faded notebook, the old man's words bring to life the story about a couple who is separated by World War II, and is then passionately reunited, seven years later, after they have taken different paths.

What is your all-time favorite movie? - It's unfair, because there are so many great ones. Gladiator, Braveheart, Scent of a Woman. Al Pacino in Scent of a Woman. I'm a softie, you know, so Notebook. (8 m 40 s)

The Notebook is a great movie. It's definitely one of my favorites. The Notebook tells the story of two young lovers, Noah and Allie, who are separated by Allie's parents. After years of separation, they are reunited and rekindle their love for each other. The movie is very romantic and it will make you feel all kinds of feels.

Reckon I thought I would look a bit like Ryan Gosling in the Notebook doing this... the movie didn’t show Ryan accidentally digging through a main sewage pipe when he used the digger for the first time though

So I watched it, and I loved it! It’s good! They grow old and they’re in an old folks’ home, and she suffers from dementia, so he can actually relive their first date with her over and over. It’s really beautiful and heartbreaking. You’re like ‘Oh my God, this is amazing’ – and then they fucking die!
