I use this for immune support. It travels inside of my backpack. I will spray it two or three times in my mouth probably per day while I'm travelling. I found it, at least as it appears to me, to make a substantial difference.

As soon as I land somewhere, I will buy one of these or use instacart to get a bottle. It depends on how long I'll be there whether its large or small of Bragg raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. I will have at least one or two tablespoons of this in water when I wake up, and also when I go to bed.

In good news: after four bags in two days, I have concluded I am *unallergic* to @hukitchen “hunks.” I’ve also ordered more (almond + sea salt my fave) and concluded I have no portion control.

My standard low-on-time breakfast for early morning flights. Don’t let travel be an excuse to eat garbage. Bring food (raw almonds also helpful) or fast.

My favorite powdered yerba mate tea. Think of it as the matcha (ground whole leaves) of yerba mate. Easiest to find in Brazil, but there are bags here and there in the US.
