Owner-Chef Mako has been in the sushi restaurant business for more than 44 years and at this current location for 25 years. Chef Mako has 50 years of experience both in Japan and in the U.S. Dishes served here include not only traditionally prepared sushi but also Authentic Japanese style tapas backed by his long experience.
