Jujutsu (柔術 ), also known as jujitsu or jiu-jitsu, is a Japanese martial art and a method of close combat for defeating an opponent in which one uses either a short weapon or none.
Jiu-Jitsu has a way of kicking your arse and making you love it for the lessons you learned! Kinda like mother nature...or a big brother whom you annoyed one too many times 😉. So good to be back on the mats.
He was a former special forces soldier, as mentioned by many. Special forces soldiers don’t rely on technical techniques or any that requires a great deal of movement and expended energy. Instead, they combine the most barebones yet effective and simple fundamental techniques from styles like Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Japanese jujutsu, Chinese Qinna (or Chin Na, a set of techniques focusing on joint locks), boxing, and wrestling, all of which are renowned for their effectiveness in simple self-defence circumstances, in their training. More likely than not, special forces utilize Krav Maga.
