Have you seen any Romanian movies? Which is your favorite? Romania is producing some of the most exciting works of cinema happening today. 4 Months, 3 Weeks, 2 Days is one of the most riveting movies made anywhere in the world in my lifetime, not just my favorite Romanian movie.

Again, a very simple approach, but there’s so much power in that film. You’re not quite sure what’s happening from the beginning, but you’re just kind of thrown into it. All you know is that these women have this mysterious meeting, and it takes you from there.

With everything happening in the US right now I’m reminded about the incredible film- 4Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days You may try to own our bodies, but women will protect each other.
