Food Rules is a great book that provides simple, commonsense tips for eating healthy. It's a helpful guide for anyone who wants to make better food choices without having to worry about counting calories or tracking nutrients. Some of my favorite rules from the book include: "eat mostly plants," "avoid processed foods," and "take your time eating." These rules are easy to follow and can help you make healthier choices without overhauling your entire diet.
