Though this tattoo wasn't permanent, Cara got her head inked after she shaved it bald for her part in the movie Life in a Year. The "tattoo" was actually a drawing designed by hairstylist, Mara Roszak, and featured geometric figures shaped into what kind-of looks like a flower.

In 2018, Cara got a tattoo of a naked woman cuddling a tiger from her favorite tattoo artist Bang Bang. The tattoo was inspired by original artwork from an artist in Denmark named Emil Landgreen.
