So my favourite hotels are The Norman Tel Aviv (from $515; thenorman.com) and Hotel Montefiore (from ILS 1,420; hotelmontefiore.co.il). I love them because they have amazing restaurants, well-designed and well-laid out rooms, and the best bit is that both are located in really pretty parts of Tel Aviv.
