Surfing is a surface water sport in which an individual, a surfer, uses a board to ride on the forward section, or face, of a moving wave of water, which usually carries the surfer towards the shore.

Mountainboarding

John Milne developed a three-wheeled version of a mountainboard in 1992 in his spare time during periods of very poor surf. It used a unique steering system to emulate surfing on land. It had three wheels and a skate-style deck with no bindings.

Mountainboarding is a really fun sport that can provide a lot of adrenaline rushes. It's definitely not for everyone, but if you're up for an exciting and challenging experience, mountainboarding is definitely worth giving a try.

Mountain biking

This sport requires endurance, core strength and balance, bike handling skills, and self-reliance. Advanced riders pursue both steep technical descents and high incline climbs. In the case of freeride, downhill, and dirt jumping, aerial maneuvers are performed off both natural features and specially constructed jumps and ramps.[2]

This is one of the most exhilarating and enjoyable activities I can do outdoors. It provides a great workout, moderate to high cardio, core strengthening, and leg muscle toning all while enjoying the scenery.
