I was honoured to enjoy the best Tortilla in London today by @nieves_barragan1 at @sabor_ldn honestly so so good just simply perfect delicate sumptuous and comforting !!! How can two ingredients be so good !!!! ( no onions FYI ) so elegantly cooked along side amazing ham , peppers, small spicy sausage, black pudding ( with rice inside ) and sweet fresh tomato toasts so good - thank you Nieves we love you! you cook like an angle and most importantly you have a heart of gold 🙏🙏💓

And I’d go to hotel San Pietro where I went on my honeymoon with my wife and I’d have spaghetti seafood, in a bag, a big puffed up bag with shellfish and lovely bits of red mullet and fennel, white wine and tomatoes.
