My hubby inadvertently took this. I can only make a tenuous link to the previous insta pic mentioning The Sound of Music and say I’ll endeavour to fashion some under garments out of the curtains in the morning!

So then The Sound of Music is another one of the movies that I just think the world of. Very, very entertaining. Because, you know, it’s Austria: the music, the look of it. I think it was really a movie that was a very interesting story but it sold my homeland visually in such a spectacular way. And I have gone, of course, to all of the various different locations that they shot the scenes and all that in Salzburg and around in the Alps and all that stuff. It’s a really spectacular, entertaining film. And it tells a lot about that era in Austria

I was kind of on a rotation between the Air Bud, Harry Potter, Wizard of Oz, Sound of Music repeat.

Stefani said that she's a fan of the classic movie and went to see the live show with her children for her birthday. The singer called the movie "amazing" and said that she doesn't typically watch the same movie repeatedly — but "The Sound of Music" is an exception.

The Sound of Music is one of my top 10 [favorite] movies.

When you were growing up, you wanted to be a nun. That was purely based on The Sound of Music, which was my favorite movie. To me, being a nun was very glamorous. It didn’t have to do necessarily with the religious component. That was the height of glamour.
