What makes me cry? Oh, pretty much anything by Hayao Miyazaki. My Neighbor Totoro it's... I'm so proud to say that sentence, when I met Hayao Miyazaki last night, I told him that with not a word of a lie that he's a household god in my family.

It was Miyazaki’s My Neighbour Totoro, which we have now on DVD, and she is satisfied. I think she was a little too young. I think Dada was projecting on to her because I love Miyazaki so much. I jumped the gun on that one.

Yeah, and just because of my kids, I’ve been watching a lot of Hayao Miyazaki films like Ponyo, My Neighbor Totoro, and Princess Mononoke, which I haven’t shown them yet. He’s a very iconic, legendary Japanese animator and director and his movies feature these little girls who are really strong and there’s hardly ever a love story.
