I love my @philipshue lights! You can program them to turn red light on at sunset which is great because blue light inhibits melatonin production. Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland that regulates over 500 genes in the body. Melatonin is a strong stimulator of sleep and also tells the body it is time to repair damage. Avoiding blue light in the evening will help you sleep better and will keep your internal clock in sync.
