As soon as I land somewhere, I will buy one of these or use instacart to get a bottle. It depends on how long I'll be there whether its large or small of Bragg raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. I will have at least one or two tablespoons of this in water when I wake up, and also when I go to bed.
