I’m Greek, so cheese is in our blood — in fact, cheese might actually be our blood. I’m joking, of course. Everybody knows our blood is made of yogurt. I can, and do, eat this cheese at any and all times, for breakfast, lunch, and especially as an afternoon snack with a handful of nuts. I live in fear that they’re going to discover cheese is horrible for you, but it seems to have made it safely into the 21st century. Fingers crossed!
