Over the summer in 2014, I took this wonderful online positive psychology class at UCLA, and around that same time, given what I was studying, I picked up a copy of "The Happiness Project" by gretchenrubin. Lemme tell you, this is my ideal kind of book; there's a format you can follow or deviate from, and above all, it's filled with insights -- and I mean profound insights backed up with *significant* research.
