Crime and Punishment

Updated: 7 Sep 2020
A remarkable masterpiece of Dostoyevsky in the world of Russian's fiction. It captivates the crime and psychological tensions of life. It is a tragic tale of a protagonist Raskolnikov, who puts his philosophical theories to the trial of murder eventually. He is incapable to understand the feelings of love and commiseration because he regards himself as a pariah. Mesmerizing!

I really enjoyed it. I would love to read more from Dostoevsky in the future. I'm told that "The Idiot" is even better.
