I always make time for spin class! I do high-intensity interval cycling a couple times a week and always feel rejuvenated after I put in the hard work. There is some science that backs that up too. Multiple studies have shown that high-intensity exercise can delay biological aging by up to 9 years as measured by telomere length. I think physical activity may be the one true panacea for good health.
