I just read this too short interview with the great, legendary singer/songwriter @lorettalynnofficial on @nytimes (you can find it in their book section) It's so wonderful and many of her answers are terrifically surprising. Best of all is her quote about books taking her to places she has never been and given her time with people (characters) she might never have known. She speaks for so many.
